This team really needs a shooter to stretch the defense. Wish Miller would come back. I wonder if CMM is talking to transfer Baylor Scheirerman from South Dakota State? He averaged 16 points/game and shoots 46% from 3
This is setting up sooooo well for AM! Dude would get his shots - and they would be big-time important (3 balls).
He'd be a team leader and have help from experienced back court players/K.J. hopefully/Coleman/and the 2 high rated freshmen.
This roster is shaping up perfectly for him!
If he thinks he's the kind of talent that Ja is then why the hell would he go somewhere else?
I know, I know, but he'll make a nice chunk here and more in the long run in the NBA with CMM/LSU than Jamie Dixon. Who is Dixon's Ja Morant?

Baylor Scheirerman is still in the portal, but we didn't make the cut for him so far: Arkansas, Clemson, Creighton, Duke, Nebraska.
I agree that this would be a really good fit for Miller.

If LSU were to land Williams & Miller that would be worth the price of admission!!!

That Williams was unrated out of high school is a huge testament to Coach McMahon’s evaluation and player development abilities

Carl Cherenfant, a 4-star, top 100, combo guard from Florida will be taking an official visit to LSU May 27-29.

Added KJ Williams, we now have 2 spots left. Ideally I think we need a good shooting 2 guard/combo guard (Adam Miller) and I would like a big, possibly a redshirt candidate. Also, Hannibal will need a waiver to be eligible this season due to it being his 2nd transfer. Same with Miller if he goes to TCU.

Fountain likely profiles more as a 4 man and Coleman will likely play primarily the 5. When you look at it that way. Emphasis should be more on a scoring wing (yes, Miller) than anything. Would not be shocked if LSU left the 13th open.

You know, since you say that about Miller, makes me think more into the tweet he put out this week that said something along the lines of even the possibility of suiting up next season got him excited. I thought it was a weird tweet, could be writing on the wall he’s headed to tcu and hoping he gets the waiver

I saw that Miller's decision should be announced today.

He is originally from Jackson, MS and wants to play close to home in college.

TCU has about 8 guards returning next season. LSU has 4 on the roster now. If Hannibal doesn't get an exemption then its only 3. Although Ward could play some at the big guard. LSU is by far the best option when it comes to playing time next season.
