I’m hearing Vyctorius Miller will be committing to the good guys sometime in the next couple of days.

If Miller commits that would move us to #7 overall in the 247 rankings and #2 in the SEC behind Missouri

You think we are done adding HS recruits after Miller? What about Nic Codie and Gicarri Harris or Billy Richmond?

No I believe if we land Miller we take 1-2 others. Out of the three you listed we probably have the best shot at Codie or Harris. Richmond has been trending hard to Kentucky since his visit there. My personal opinion is that the staff will push hard for Gicarri Harris just because with the graduating players we may be light at the guard position depth-wise. I also think we add a 3* later in the recruiting cycle thats more of a depth/development piece. Not pretending to have any insider info, just speaking from observations

I totally agree. I think Harris would be most likely. Vyc miller is listed as a 6’5 shooting guard so I think he could flex and play at the wing exactly like Mwani Wilkinson. He would just need to put a little weight on. That would allow for Harris to come in at that SG position. At the end of the day even if we settle with three top 100 (more like top 50 ish) recruits, that’s an exceptional foundation for the future. And I’m sure we’ll add a three star recruit or two in there as projects like you said.

I’m excited about Vyctorius Miller. He looks like a pretty skilled shooter based off his highlights.

Kudos to McMahon on landing Givens and (hopefully soon) Miller.

Vyctorius Miller just cut his list down to five. We should be getting a commitment date soon here.

That's a tough offer list. Didn't know he was good enough to get an offer from Ignite.

At one point early in the ‘24 rankings he was a consensus top 10 player. He’s slid a bit down the rankings since then but scouts have always been high on him it seems like.

Just an FYI-the early signing period begins next Wednesday (November 8-15) in case anyone is curious.

If I’m CMM I get some size, the wings are in good shape. All can defend, if they will. Baker was a big pickup, literally strong and tall in good shape who should compete for reb and asst leads every game. Have to replace him.

So how much of an impact pickup is Robert Miller III? Second-ranked recruit out of Texas.

His skillset at 6’11 is very nice. I could see him getting playing time right away. I think we’ll still go and get a veteran big man to replace Baker next offseason though

A few notes for the OP regarding ’24 targets:

- Zion Pipkin committed to Wichita St. on 10/5
- Pharaoh Compton committed to San Diego St. on 10/15
- Rakease Passmore signed with Kansas
