I get that ordinarily that would sound that way; but with the times we are living now, nothing is too absurd sounding when it comes to Covid related stuff.
But I believe it is also plausible to think that if he is 100% unwilling to be vaccinated without a valid reason, then he would never be able to enroll as a student at LSU under the current rules/policy regarding Covid. So there would be no point to pursue him as a prospect if Wade can't get him enrolled.

Are you high and just dumb? He was saying Sr in college are better freshman in college. In the last 10 years make a team with all the Sr drafted and I can make 5 teams better than that 1 team you make with Sr. In the last ten years name me 1 player who played all 4 year's in college. This isn't my opinion it's 100% a fact. You saying your better players in college are Srs just shows that you don't know shite. Toppin is best one I can name that played all of 4

Exactly. If the kid has no interest whatsoever in getting vaccinated and LSU won't allow him to enroll if he isn't, then it is probably useless for Wade to keep recruiting him. No different than backing off a recruit because you know there is zero chance he'll be able to qualify academically.
Now, I would imagine that can't sit well with Wade at all. He's got a player he really wants (seemingly) ready to commit to playing for him only for the university, SOLELY in furtherance of their non-sensical political agenda, to prohibit him from coming unless he meets their subjective criteria. All, while many schools Wade is competing against for players don't have such restrictions. It's your OWN school putting you at an unfair advantage. If you are a HC how long would you want to stay at a place that willingly hamstrings your efforts?
