He would’ve been your 1B had Jones went pro. Doesn’t have the athleticism or arm to excel in the OF. He’ll get a shot at first if he stays.

Why would Stanfield leave? I appreciate his talent and effort, but the odds are overwhelmingly against him to make it in professional baseball and he likely knows this. He seems like a four year guy to me.
Frey could improve his draft position significantly if he returns and plays like he is capable as a full time player. He’s a Louisiana kid and I wouldn’t put it past him to run it back. Unless he’s a top 5 round guy this year, I think he returns and proves that he’s capable of playing a defensive position. How many defensive plays has anyone seen him make at any position?

Lol Meridian JC plays in the best juco baseball conference in the nation and thats not my opinion its a fact with receipts. I'm sorry I hate to be that guy but your comment is 100% false.

Coming back does nothing to help his draft stock because coming back will cost him 6 figures. Even he comes back and gets drafted in the 3rd round he still loses 6 figures. Mlb draft is a so FU teams use a players leverage against them. I believe players should get slot value no matter what class they are in
