New wishlist player: Kyle Alivo, RHP Iowa. Up to 99, probably wants to start next year but he did make 15 relief appearances this season.

Off topic but Milwaukee just won its conference tournament earlier today and is headed to the regionals. Kent state lost in the semi’s of their tournament but I’m sure they’ll probably land in someone’s regional.

Kyle Alivo, RHP Iowa.
Hasn't Iowa done a good job of keeping their recruited talent? I know Brecht stayed and that kind of surprised some people, but I don't remember if he had some sort of extenuating circumstance.

If tweet fails to load, click here. Intriguing possibility with Stanford SS/OF Charlie Bates. Slashed .272/.391/.465, fielding .915 this past year playing primary SS. Hit .211/.360/.349 in ACC play.
He's still considered a Top 100 prospect as is for the '27 draft. Grew up in Palo Alto and never considered anywhere other than Stanford, but might be looking for a change of scenery in his leverage year.
I know it probably screams Trent Caraway, but for the right price I'd love a SS/2B/OF with massive bat upside.

Here is a spreadsheet I compiled of potential targets should they enter the portal. A lot of these guys were crowdsourced from this thread and browsing team pages for stats, etc. Red text players are guys that are either injured or likely to sign in the draft. I focused on guys that either are from a lower level d1 school, had a coaching change or had LA ties.
