That’s an Omaha team again if they can play at home in the postseason. Probably still need a few pitchers.

Noot just flicks 95-97, too. He has more in the tank. And, his heater moves alot to go with his junk. He has put away stuff. 44 strikeouts to 15 walks.

Ware is interesting. He's pretty inexperienced, despite 2 years in juco. He basically pitched as much here this year as he did in 2 years at PRCC. 6'4 lefty with wide shoulders. This year could be a huge stepping stone for him. Really seems like something Yeskie could tap into for something special next year.

I really hope Noot makes it back next year. I think he could be in a weekend role for us.

I know we already know most of this, but thought I should share. Riedell played at Loyola and has broken some transfer related news over the last couple weeks.

I just read today’s bleacher report mock draft. It has Fauske going #34 and Young going #41. Hopefully we don’t lose too many. We’ve pretty fortunate getting players to campus recently.

Just did some quick calculations on Advincula's ACC stats and he pretty much performed the same in-conference as he did overall.

Overall: .342 / .410 / .506 / .916
ACC: .338 / .400 / .493 / .893

That's amazing consistency.

Godbout is another draft eligible guy that may just be making a leverage play.

I like the Fullerton kid Johnstone that just hit the portal. We're on him. He played 3rd, but could probably play multiple infield positions.

This was my thought process when Godbout hit the portal that he was just going to go in the draft but using the portal as leverage.

I'm curious to know if Jay has a relationship with Johnstone already with Jay's West Coast roots.

I think all the freshmen position players have entered by now.

On the pitching side it’s never quite as complicated.

As one of the few people that follow UNO still.

Big twitchy dude with with a lot of swing & miss. Not someone I’d count on to hit SEC pitching.

I wonder about the advice this family is getting. Victorian’s reputation would benefit from impressing the Oklahoma staff across three years rather than entering the portal’s journey man route. Second, the medical support, surgeons, rehab at a major D1 school is something a TJ patient might want to take advantage of. Philosophically speaking, If I were him I’d want to establish not retreat

Did we hear something about Jackie Robinson Stadium not being used by UCLA next year?
