JUCO target Sam Christiansen committed to Oklahoma. We had him in for a visit earlier this football season. It seemed like he was on the cusp of committing to us for a while. Not sure if our interest waned or we just weren't offering what he was looking for.

Oklahoma hits the JUCO circuit hard every year. They’ve got former juco coaches on staff and are good evaluators.
Not really on topic but Oklahoma may have one of the best freshman infielders in the country this upcoming season, the Willits kid. Apparently his younger brother is like 15 and was practicing with Oklahoma (dad is an assistant) and scouts thought he was the college freshman.

Oklahoma also signed a kid from Slidell, Corey Cousin. He was a LSUE commit, but apparently went bananas at a tourney in Normand with Nola Baseball this summer and they offered him on the spot.

Not sure who Buster is, but Nola Baseball Club definitely has some talent. Cousin was their horse, though. Leadoff guy, CF, and pitched.

I've played against and with Todd's teams since I was 8
I was on one of the first "showcase" teams he had 15 or so years ago. We had some Sun Belt/CUSA level talent, but don't think we had any SEC level players.
I'll say this much - Todd works his arse off for that program.
