You do realize all those kids are going back to A&M, right? None of them went to any other school. We’re not the only ones missing out.
It’s not head to head recruiting vs A&M when the kids already have relationships with the A&M coach, players, and the school in general.

It’s going to be fun watching the Ags come up short again. Going to be an awful lot of pressure on a first year coach.

Well, there's your problem.
Please be more careful when choosing the people you spend time with.

New name to monitor
Brennan Hudson, OF/1B Georgia state,
Edit: new follow from Jordan but looks like he’s committed to UGA

He’s also a catcher. Enough season and summer starts at catcher to be relevant.

I agree, but I expect jay to at least try rather than trying to plug a guy like yamin for example at 3rd. Larson, Milam, and brown were pleasant surprises last year. Obviously they have to perform to stick in the lineup

Will we revisit Brown as a LHP? I feel like that question is more interesting than Guidry at SS.

I think they should. I saw he left his cape assignment. Was wondering if he was going to a different league to get innings but didn’t see that he did that. Unless he is going for the summer workouts to try and get some muscle put on.

He could've pitched last season. We had 97 LHPs last season, though.

Jay has had 2 way players in the past. I’m hoping he figures it out with Brown because he did have great potential as a pitcher as well.

This could be a way to open up playing time in the OF (depending on how many we end up with post-draft).

I think we’ll have a few left handed DH options too.
we are pretty R/R heavy outside Larson Brown and Milam sometimes

Meh, we also now have beck and reaves.
And though no one wants to consider him a part of the lineup amymore, we also have and have had pearson

Is Frey playing summer ball? I found a month-old list from Project that showed him playing for Chatham in the Cape Cod league, but I don't see him on the roster. I was wondering what position he's playing. Now I'm wondering if he did anything with his shoulder

Schmidt decision getting interesting as lsu has upped nil deal to offset signing bonus even as a late first rounder and path from college to majors is enticing
Asking price for Schmidt is $3 million

I’m sure he’s already given up on next years team

Every mock draft in the last week has had Schmidt mocked 23 or 24. Those picks carry slot values of $3.5M. LSU isn’t getting close to that with NIL. And at that rate these high school pitchers develop arm injuries when they get to college, I think it would be crazy to do it even if they could.
