Thank god Brady Neal broke the trend of elite catchers not making it to campus. Romo, Moller, Jensen, and Mitchell in the last 4 years.

I think he hit like 5 or 6 HRs in the tournament but he didn’t do much in the CWS. He had a double against us on a hanging curveball after everyone had been blowing fastballs by him the entire game. Only 15 walks to 53 strikeouts, doesn’t seem like he would fit Johnson’s profile but he’s experienced.
