the most the Brewers can offer Noot is $634k, assuming they don’t spend over $125k for any other Round 12-20 signings
are we still feeling 634,000 is what can be offered? I'd love for that number to go down? Just impatient I am. Wish Noot would shut things down. Him drawing this out doesn't give me the warm fuzzies.

He’d never come close to making more than that if he returned.
Aa is, Most 10-20th rders will get $125k & Below, he did ok for a guy that was pitching at Herzing College 2 years ago

God damn, that’s not that much money.
Read the “room.” Most people signing in the 12th Round made $125,000.
If Gervase had come back for another season he probably signs anywhere between $2,500-$10,000 like most players out of eligibility did this year.
Gervase making $170,000 was huge for him.

No I get it and understand. Just saying with the context of him announcing he was returning, I’d expect his number was doubled or something.

As of right now he looks to be the second highest paid college player in the 12th Round; behind a 21 year old MSU pitcher that made $272,500.
From D3 walk on and Olive Garden waiter to drafted in the 12th Round and signing for $170,000. Great story and glad we had one year of him.

Forgive me for not knowing, but how does this work? Is the 170,000 just a signing bonus? And they all make the same per game?
I’m assuming this is how it is because i don’t hear of any contracts like 4 year, 170k. When they make it to the mlb , does contract get renegotiated?

Round 19 (582): Jaden Noot, RHP, Sierra Canyon (CA) HS
Jaden Noot is another 2nd-3rd rounder based on talent. A member of the Brewers Area Code Games team last year, Noot is someone they know well. Another LSU commit, Noot has a big starter’s build and a big fastball to lead his four pitch mix. The upside is high if the Brewers can get him to put pen to paper.
Of these last three picks of Neal, Cjintje, and Noot, likely at most only one of them will sign. The Brewers will take runs at them and if they can get one, it’ll be a huge win for the organization.
Signing Bonus: Will not sign
Got this from fansided. Hopefully this is accurate.

When was that posted?
Today. I saw on here where the 20th pick signed so I googled the brewers draft. Most of them were out dated. Like I said I don't know how reliable it is. I've keeping track on this like everybody else. I don't post much on baseball, but have been watching LSU baseball since the glory days. Not a huge baseball fan unless it's LSU.

Things may be progressing on the Nippolt front. Jay just started following all the coaches from DMACC, where Nippolt was before VCU.

No problem. I double checked the article. It said from one week ago but the sightings seem to be updated. Getting very excited for all LSU sports coming this year. Trying to keep expectations for football and men's bb low so if we do better than anticipated, it's all gravy.
