I think it needs to be repeated how much of a leader this adds to the team. Skenes comes from a military institution and Team USA. He's been a leader. A vocal leader. He's accustomed to pushing himself and others, whatever it takes.
I drool over his addition as a baseball player (a versatile one), but I drool more over his addition as a leader.

Speaking of "THE BOX" just 2 suggestions get rid of the 3rd and 1st base bullpens and the metal bleachers. Get those fans some folding back seats to sit on, please!
