Great day for the tigers! Would still love Skenes obviously, but another quality lefty would also be nice. Bronzini looks like he could be a guy from left side.

Yea we’re set on RHPs. Obviously Skenes would be a massive cherry on top
Need some lefties to come along. Herring has potential. Really wish we’d have gotten Kennedy but I’ll certainly take Shores and Noot as consolation ??

Honestly don’t think we need another portal arm unless skenes just absolutely wants to be at LSU. Returning the majority of the bullpen plus the guys that were starters for us. And now the huge freshman class of arms.

Pretty sure after yesterday Skenes will be the final portal target. If he comes great. If not then we ride with what we have. They will have plenty pieces and have roster decisions to make.

Floyd and Taylor will both be very good next year and absolutely capable of starting. Add Hurd, Little and whatever freshman steps up and you have 5-6 legit starters. Skenes is absolutely a luxury and not a need at this point.

I see Skenes as potentially your Friday night starter in Game 1 due to his talent and experience if LSU lands him.
There are question marks and youth with the other potential front line arms IMO.
I like the guy that went 10-3 last year and has proven he can at least go 85 innings in a season.
