Sounds like Marshall, Surtain, Joseph are the locks. That leaves open 2-4 spots. I think Joiner gets one, then another DB gets the other.

we can have more, but they will count for previous / next year's class, I expect a couple scholarships get re-evaluated.

The rule is not "25 no exceptions"

The rule states that you cannot count back towards a previous year anymore. Not sure about the "Next year class" but I would believe with how loaded 19 is that he would want to keep all those schollies. The only exception is transfers do not count towards the 25 rule and just to the 85 rule.

if you cant count back...what happens if a player transfers out before the feb signing date. does that open up another recruiting spot?
