If Texas can't get Robbie Rhodes, who currently favors Baylor, look for them to still offer Parker.

First of all, congrats on the pickup
Secondly, after this, it's pretty much Robbie Rhodes or bust now. We were probably going to offer him at camp next week so it'll be interesting to see what our staff does as a result

obviously lack of experience/development is a concern, but despite the lack of polish has showed up to several camps and been able to gain some impressive offers. I think that says a lot.
