So why are they so soft?
Because iron sharpens iron. They play in the ACC. Play dough cannot sharpen them.

Who they've landed for 2021 in the last 2 days alone -
Two of these kids are on the other side of the country.
Class average is a ridiculous .9554.
Foreman cancelled his visit to LSU and instead committed to Clemson. In January. And with Clemson's policy that means he won't be taking any more visits. He's done.
Don't understand how they do it.

It was their junior day i believe

It doesn’t matter if we get Burch
Foreman would be rated higher than Burch even as a junior. This has no relation to Burch and 2020. We can want both. Foreman has pretty much netted MVP honors at every event he’s gone to, this is including the seniors that compete too. He will be a day one starter and you’d be dumb to think otherwise. Clemson’s D-line would be filthy if Foreman sticks

I guess Dabo tells them. You can play in the playoffs because we don’t play anyone.

absolutely blows my mind how these kids don't even think ahead for a second. they go to Junior Day, Dabo drops them a hefty bag, and they shut down their recruitment. insane how the NCAA doesn't think there's something fishy going on after the Clemson Athletic Department has already gotten caught on wiretap for paying recruits in other sports

Yeah that elite junior day is becoming epic.
They play in the Natty every year and they actually get developed
Shite is hard to compete with
Lsu can get the next players in the top 200

Yes was told yesterday he was not going to be coming this wkend. He was on Clemson official so I put two and two together....

Clemson is a damn juggernaut.

This early though? That's normal for a QB but d-line? NCAA cmon now, this is getting out of hand with both Georgia and Clemson.

And to commit to them this early especially after they brought in such a loaded DL haul in 2020.
It makes zero sense.

LSU just needs to prove we aren’t a one-hit wonder

42-25... could have been 59-25. I ain’t worried about them.

And we still beat them for the natty
Posted on 1/26/20 at 9:37 pm to Speedy Greedy
Clemson can pretty much assure them they’ll be in the playoffs every year. No one in the ACC is going to beat them and they play maybe one decent team out of conference. Worse case for the is 12-1 and In the the playoffs.

That is what gets me. We lose Burton and Rakim because of depth chart bullshite but Clemson can pull in 5-stars every single year? It makes absolutely no sense.

I posted in the Leigh thread that eventually their national recruiting approach would cause the visit policy to breakdown and I think this is the kid to do it. Just too long to go for a kid like this from clean across the country to commit and take no more visits.
If Dabo streams through this class holding that down then ,hey, give the guy kudos.
It's too naive to blame it all on paying players. Everybody pays players. The culture there is really doing a number on these kids. Again you have to take your hat off to them. It's more impressive than Bamas run on a level. They're stockpiling major talent at every position using a Tennessee(necessity) ND(tradition)national approach. And with very little attrition on the Carroll at USC days. It's unbelievable.

I just do not see how they have this type of haul annually. It has to go past paying them. They have some type of fricking magical spell they put on these kids.
