With all the excitement surrounding this recruiting class here something to consider, with the return of Chaisson, this is like adding another 5 star player to this class. His presents should greatly improve our defense.
Chaisson and Divinity rushing all the edge will be huge.

I also think OLB Brooks will be as big of an impact as Chaisson & Delpit were in there 1st years.

That is funny. Someone that needs correcting is correcting someone else. We all make mistakes and put the wrong words or misspell words.
I agree with this thread. Playing nearly the entire season without our best defensive player and getting him back is like signing a stud 5 star player. Except we only have him for 1 season. Well, unless he decides to stay a 4th season.

I didnt think it was a mistake. I thought he meant Chaisson would come back bearing gifts of double digit sacks, turnovers, and leadership.

Divinity is headed to NFL.... he has a kid and had a great season, but Chaisson, J Stevens and Brooks on the edge... Yes Sir!!!!

Marcel Brooks will start his LSU career at safety. He's listed as a safety on the LSU website and both Orgeron and Aranda have talked about using him in the same way we use Delpit.
