All they need is a short yardage back to compliment Berry

Neither of them were good running backs.

How was Johnson as surprise? Dude wants to try playing QB, he doesn't want to just be a RB. He might end up realizing it's best, but he definitely wants to try to be a QB.

Well I am just not naturally blabby.

I don't know what the love with Johnson was. He had some flashes but he wasn't anything but a gadget RB at best for LSU and under Kiffin he probably would've thrived. I guess that's where the surprise would be. But he clearly was not a pure RB and he had fumble problems. Maybe he doesn't see himself as a full time RB. Berry was clearly the best RB in the room and he's only a freshman. Best vision, burst, and overall ability. I would not be shocked to see Durham hit the portal as well.

Unless Durham has been hurt 2 years in a row, he's the slowest 4.4+ guy I've seen burst wise. I think it's more he just lacks vision than anything else. Bad vision makes RBs look slow. His line is bad but I saw plenty of opportunities where he could've made one cut and gashed a defense. Instead, he ends up in the butt of his lineman and falling for 1 yard gain. Berry is an example of making the most of small holes when they're there. He has the best vision by far.

Need to tamper and get Duke's RB in the portal alongside Ole Miss. 3 headed beast with Berry would be dangerous.
