going to 3 national championships and winning 2 while O sank the program to the ground was dumb?

LSU won a national title during his college career.

You act like his hometown team wasn’t as much of a perennial title contender as anyone not named Bama. He was a groupie

Who has the 2nd most national titles during Dylan Moses life?

All kids are different. Different goals. Different Spirit. Different Strengths and Weaknesses. Dylan made a call that was painful to watch. His brother most certainly had his eyes wide open to observe the moment and what ultimately followed.

Keylan deserves his own stage to show what he brings in dignity, character and grit.

I've questioned him because of his older brother and that's not fair. As a father, I should have better appreciated their distinctions. Geaux Tigers! We've got multiple leaders in the upcoming classes. It bodes well for the character CBK instills in this program.

I hope this kid becomes an All American and first round pick at LSU.

As for the commit, I think 2025. Devin Harper or Jaboree Antoine.

But I’m not giving Dylan a pass about a better team and what not. He could have tried to be part of the change but wanted to be a groupie

At least you admit you're biased and pissed. Losing the head coach you pledged to, it makes perfect sense why he left. Let's not act like Bama hasn't made hella linebackers into NFL stars.

At the time of all this going down, Aranda had only been at LSU for a few months. Aranda has never been the recruiter type. Frank Wilson wasn't on the team at that point either. How about blaming LSU for not convincing this kid that he would perform well even after losing the head coach? It's obvious he had more love for Les Miles AT LSU than just LSU. It's your job to convince him differently.

Although Aranda had an elite top 5 defense, and turned previous nobody Duke Riley into a 3rd roune pick, LSU's LB production was nowhere in the stratosphere of Bama. This is the difference in LSU that year and Bama that year, for LBs. I adjusted LSU's LBs for a 15 game scenario like Bama got so you can see the difference if both played 15 games.

LSU
Kendall Beckwith - (10 games played, but adjusted to 15 games) 136 tackles 9.0 TFL 1.5 sack
Duke Riley - (10 games played, but adjusted to 15 games) 116 tackles 11.0 TFL 2.0 sacks 1 int

Bama
Ryan Anderson - 61 tackles 19.5 TFL 9.0 sacks 4 FF 2 FR 1 int 1 TD 10 QB Hurries
Tim Williams - 31 tackles 16.0 TFL 9.0 sacks 2 FF 1 FR 1 TD 12 QB Hurries
Reubens Foster - 115 tackles 13.0 TFL 5.0 sacks 8 QB Hurries
Shaun Dion Hamilton - 64 tackles 9.0 TFL 2.0 sacks 1 FF 2 ints

One of dumbest sayings on message boards. Do you consider the women who transferred in after the Women’s Basketball Championship groupies? Or the talent that Jay Johnson is stockpiling? The things that people come up when we lose a recruit to make themselves feel better is incredible.

love this in a kid. he knows he wants to win, and will do the extra things like actively recruiting to get it done.

The interview with Jacques opened my eyes

Yeah, I said the same thing a couple of days ago. I didn't realize the Miles family and the Moses family were that close. Miles son was QB on the same HS team that Dylan played on. Dylan Moses was thrown for a loop when Miles got let go. As I said then, you hear people talk about not committing just to a coach but this was a special situation. Also, as I said at the time, the NCAA obviously recognizes the bond between a head coach and a player since they free players signed under that head coach if that coach is no longer there....can transfer with no penalties.

Not only all of that, but the Les Miles firing was a shitshow in and of itself.

This dude may be the only recruit I believe will honor a commitment.

He knows he will live a life of prosperity by giving himself the LSU home town label.

Just here to say it's dumb to compare edge rushers disguised as OLBs to middle linebackers.

Arden Key had 11 sacks in 11 games. Gaudchaux had 6.5 in 12 as an interior lineman in a 3-4 scheme. Anderson was a 3-4 OLB/Edge and Tim Williams did nothing but blitz. Beckwith and Duke Riley played 3-4 linebacker 6 yards off the ball
