The kids just looking for some love I think. Shea was on the radio last night and said this kid was the best dual threat QB in the state and is pretty legit but didn't know if LSU would honor the scholarship that Cam/Les made to him. LSU probably takes just 1 QB in 2018 and I think it's pretty obvious they want to see if anyone out of state has interest.

Not Louisiana made anymore? Lmao. Bc the offensive coordinator hasn't made him a priority? How about you pick up the phone and say hello. Raise your hand, work your arse off to get their attention. Why should coach Canada kiss your arse if you're a marginal prospect in his eyes?

This has been the biggest change in Louisiana recruiting over the past few years. Kids have stopped being motivated to earn an LSU offer and instead have felt slighted that they weren't just given one.

What makes things difficult with Rogers is Marshall is right there on the team with him. While I highly doubt they end up being a package deal, clearly if you're not recruiting Rogers you're fighting an uphill battle with Marshall because they talk.
Bottom line is we should only take 1 QB in the 2018 class and Canada literally just got here a month ago and we finished up the 2017 class a week ago while maneuvering the offensive staff as well. Rogers needs to realize that and calm down about all this.

I'll be an old man and say I think kids in general aren't motivated to earn much anymore. Recruiting is a microcosm. Look at me, just hand it to me now...don't wanna work for it.
Back to this issue, if coach Canada isn't interested then he's not interested. It's not personal. It's about football. How about the kid shut up, play ball, weigh his options and go on? He's clearly butt hurt and it's sad he's apparently got nothing in the way of an adult support system helping him through this process. Makes me wonder about his coach and his parents

Parkway mentality not sure LSU would want any of them. They arent competitors. Saw them play a basketball game granted a different sport. They got down by 10 in the 1st quarter and quit. Ended up being beat by 30 plus. Since have seen 2 transfer mid season and 1 decide to go juco for a football scholarship, and 1 quit. Of the 4, 3 were starters. Think it should shed some light on the type of kids Parkway is developing.

Good luck young man, and thanks for making it clear early on in the process that you have aspirations that will take you to other universities outside the state. Congratulations on having sorted this out at your early stage in life, and best of luck to you. I hope you make the right decision for you and your carrier going forward, but thanks for early heads up.

Not competitive are you serious. You don't have a clue about Parkway. You sir are an idiot, I bet you were a bench warmer your entire life. Parkway has been successful in basketball and football I'm sure those kids don't have a competitive bone in them. They don't even care if they lose. Give me a break man

My problem is you watched one game from one sport. You have no idea about the competitiveness of a schools athletic program from that.

Two guys quit at semester to go play football. One quit on his own. The other got kicked off the team. I can go watch the film on hudl right now.
