Hands down. Underwood is a generational recruit.

He’s the best QB to come out of HS since Trevor Lawrence in 2018. He’s probably the best recruit in 7 years.

I don't say this lightly, but there's every reason to believe he will be better than Burrow.

Do you know how long a generation is?

It’s about 25 years. Cut out this “generational” nonsense.

Excuse me for using hyperbole. He’s the best FB recruit in a long long time.

Underwood may be the best dual threat QB since Vince Young. I would say that’s Generational

Yes. There are no weaknesses in his game. Great arm, great accuracy, makes good decisions with the football, and on top of that, he’s a freak athlete. He’s the complete package as far as what you look for in a modern day QB.

He is on par with Trevor Lawrence and vince young. So yea, he's generational. You get about 1 guy with his ability coming out of high-school per decade.

He would be the #1 WR this class as well. The kid is fricking nuts.

Kid hasn’t stepped foot on a college football field just yet.

I compare him to Vince Young, but I’ll never say I believe he will be better until we see how he transitions to the next level.

Too many QB flops over the years to think ANYONE is a 100% for sure bet.

I’m sick of it, too, like any amount of money at all is “life-changing.” Every little problem is “existential.” I’m also sick of the words “elite,” and “room.” But the good news is “beast” seems to have lost some steam.

Even if that were true, and it’s not, a decade is not a generation. More like 25 years.

Comparisons to Vince Young are bad

A better prep comparison is Justin Fields

He's up there with Jimmy Clausen, Russel Shepherd and Brock Berlin.

Let's pump the brakes on recruiting rankings. They are not always accurate.
