Kid from Woodlawn that went to Tennessee, just entered the portal. Any thoughts if we’ll take a look?

Don’t see why not but I’m satisfied with Stamps on one side with Woodland and Pickett and Anding on the other.

He hasn’t really played much for them. However long and very athletic and hometown kid. I wouldn’t complain

Every team in the portal is dealing with depth issues. We need players. If they are good enough to see the field they have to be considered. The portal is killing everyone’s depth

Didn't play much at Tennessee. Is there some untapped potential with Jordan Matthews that everyone is missing out on?

This has to be a a terrible time to be a coach. Just finished high school recruiting for the most part but now you have to either revisit your scouting reports on portal kids or evaluate their tape if you don't have a report. All the while recruiting your own roster and bowl prep.

Yall aren't tired of taking DBs that were buried on the depth chart at the previous school? Brown, JK, Ausberry, Gilbert, Burns...

It's a waste of time. Go grab some proven talent. The staff will have to do some backdoor recruiting.

I love our 2 deep too. Would love to have 2 more guys that could step in when needed but that’s a little greedy.

I hope the learning curve for Pickett and Anding is a lot less than Stamps and Woodland. PJ and Ashton are there now but man, did they have some moments early in the season where I had questions.

No thanks. Take 2 corners out of portal that have actually played and proven they’re good

I hope that he lands back in the purple and gold, but I hate that we prioritize Louisiana kids who gave LSU the cold shoulder. Just like any job applicant, it should be the Best applicant

That’s youth combined with low quality talent. Now you have a full season experience and hope woodland is beefed up more. It’ll be nice to have woodland and Stamps out there while the two others slowly get in. I still have hope for Toviano. He’s been my favorite the last two years.

Agreed. He was so very proud to be a Tenn volunteer, I think he should be invited to walk on but I wouldn’t give him a scholarship at this point

Is he actually good or do we just like him because he is from Baton Rouge?

The age of a true freshman in college. Long and very fast.

4* with an impressive offer list. Pretty sure his dad played at LSU too.

The amount of star gazing over kids that have done nothing in college is surprising

I think they’ll get Jackson from Florida

So not sure he’ll come to LSU due to the depth chart.

But I like the kid, and think he has a ton of ability.

I think he’s more talented than Stamps
