Don't care enough to try to find his exact prediction but I thought he said "signing" on Feb 7th but yeah, it wouldn't look good regardless for his prediction.

Guys, guys, guys, this guy would be an amateur. There was a guy...might have been Shaq Washington? Anyway, one guy committed publicly at an all star game to a Pac 12 school...then 2 days later it was in print that he had flipped to another Pac 12 school, and then on NSD he either flipped back to the original school or flipped to yet a 3rd Pac 12 school. Burch would be an amateur in committing again compared to the guy I'm talking about. That was the biggest joke of the century. Committed 3 times in literally one month
