Personally, I think that recruits just like whoever's winning at the moment. Etienne (Clemson),Emery (Georgia), just keep winning. And let the chips fall where they may.

HS seniors are going to be Generation Z according to many demographers. Even the U.S. Census folks are ending Millenials at birth year 2000. So, basically any child right now is Generation Z.

We played Oklahoma for the championship and kicked butt.

We really didn't kick butt offensively. Saban and Fisher got conservative in the second half and it almost cost us the game. Mauck's interception killed a good drive.
The D was exhausted at the end but fortunately got a great red zone stop late in the game.

I am happy I was there to witness it but we were on the edge of our seats late because it was far closer than it should have been.

To this day I hate when we play not to lose rather than stay aggressive.

Sorry to the few Georgia fans in here.

There is ZERO reason to apologize. This is an LSU RECRUITING board.

When LSU beats UGA, he'll come to his senses.

The reality is Tommie Robinson is just not that great of a recruiter. Frank Wilson or Tony Hull the RB coach at LSU and Emery would be a LSU commit today. Robinson's wheelhouse is 3*-low 4* recruits from Alabama that Auburn and Alabama are slow-walking at best.

I don't think so.

Look for him to end up at a different SEC school than Georgia though.

I don't know.

But, the kid is too good to put himself in that kind of depth chart situation. At some point, he's going to have to face that reality.

Don't be surprised if a Bama, Auburn, A&M, etc. comes calling that he decides to change his mind. Everyone is going to be telling him the same thing. It just doesn't make sense to be a top RB going to Georgia in this recruiting cycle.

This thread has devolved into a pissing match with a few UGA fans, which is incredibly boring.

Any updates on this kid? Really hoping LSU can close on him and Sophser (among others). That'd probably all but lock us in for a top 5 class, and when you're in that range every year, you have enough talent to beat anyone.

Three different Georgia running backs looking incredible today. Really strong, fast, and elusive. I hate to say it, but looking better than our guys.

It seems to me that Emery has a much better opportunity at LSU...paired with Davis. Hope he chooses to stay home and be a Tiger star!

He's at UGA today for the Tennessee game. I saw a pic on Twitter.
