Emery recruitment is far from over, IMO.

Tigers just need to keep grinding this one out and hopefully in the end he suits up with the good guys.

He means LSU is showing more love now than they did before. Makes sense to me.

As for the "ride the pine at UGA or come to LSU and start right away" argument, while it could be true considering the differences in depth between the two schools, if Emery is as good as some here believe, the kids at UGA will be pressed by him as well. Basically it's saying that if Emery starts for us next year he's still not as good as the guys UGA has. Not exactly a feel good argument in my mind. I'd rather have the guy that beat them all out not the backups to others backups. It's a losers mentality type argument. Maybe its just me

This whole show me the love thing is stupid. Millennials are all narcissists.

Lol so 17 and 18 year old kids wanting to be shown that the college they choose to play football for truly wants them is narcissism but a bunch of 30 and 40 year old men on the internet complaining about said 17 and 18 year olds not coming to their favorite school is perfectly fine? Lmao the nerve of some people.

If he grew up an LSU fan and has been recruited and offered...there is NO reason to be speaking like this and saying some other place "shows you love"
He has an offer from his home school, close to his family, and has no reason to compare "love" by other colleges.

The "love" doesnt get you a damn thing. You have to improve and perform and earn playing time wherever you go. Some stupid recruiting "love" means nothing when you show up for practice.

Home is home..pride should matter in that respect.

I hope hes a Tiger, if not, he never was in the 1st place

Nope. All these attention whores coincide with social media, recruiting websites and ESPN coverage of college football recruiting in this millennium.

He does seem to be one of those guys that goes with the current winds. While that means there's always an opening, it also means you never know until last minute where those winds will blow him.

One awesome RB, but do you save a spot for someone like that come Jan? Do you save one if you have a verbal from Davis and Cain signs in Dec?

I say no on both. Don't save a spot. That doesn't mean quit working on him, but don't push any other RB away no matter the circumstances based on what Emery says.

that's so dumb. Every hs rb in the country thinks he will be the big star as soon as he steps on any college campus.

As an AL resident, I haven't heard anyone not from La say "coonasses" and rarely heard anyone talk down about La people.
