We should have elite QBs lined up to play at LSU after seeing what these guys are doing in the NFL! Yet we have a raw 17/18 yo QB and a transfer QB from Miss State. If it weren’t for NIL I believe we would have those 5 star QBs stacked up

That's the reason McVay went and got'em from Detroit, I still think he gave up too much to get him, but he was rewarded with a Superbowl ring. Nussmeir has that type of strong arm too, can make all types of throws like Stafford, but he just needs to work on his capacity for INT's. Once he solves that which should be next season, he'll be fine. Stafford is a good comparison for him when he comes out for the NFL draft.

Jayden has made at least as strong an impression in his first year as Burrow did. They are both in the top 5 of any list a franchise would make as to who to build a team around if they were starting with a blank slate. Just imo.
