Mainstream media propaganda is because of corporate purchasing of media that's been going on since the late '60s to now. The richest people in this country own the media and all of the government at this point. I don't even see how anyone could argue against that

Morals are very important but material conditions of the working class are extremely important especially when the top 1% owns almost 40% of all wealth. You can call it left-wing or socialist or whatever you want but the biggest problem is that people aren't having their needs met and you can't keep placating them with religion or telling them to pull themselves up by their bootstraps.

There are two systems of Justice in the United States and the wealthiest live in a socialist environment where they can get bailed out and subsidies in a time they want while receiving tax breaks for it and everyone else has to live under rugged capitalism.

Important to note that I don't hate capitalism or anything like that. I'm just explaining how the extremely rich literally take advantage of all of us while polluting the political message. It's not even new but liberals and Republicans will argue over the merits while both being taken advantage of

Well you're doing some interesting mental gymnastics there. I never said that government agencies are always righteous. Are you just one of those people who thinks everything is either really good or really bad? Congress appropriates the money for agencies and for expenditures. The executive branch is not allowed to reappropriate funds appropriated by Congress. It's really not hard to understand. There are three branches of government and they are not supposed to impede on each other. It's literally in the Constitution and all of you people who claim to be Pro Constitution seem to forget how it works whenever it's convenient. The executive branch shutting down agencies and stopping funds from reaching their source that were appropriated by Congress is illegal and unconstitutional. It's really simple

I'm noticing a pattern where you like to create a straw man in order to make your argument work. He didn't do anything illegal. Trump is doing things that are way out of pocket and unconstitutional. But back to the subject at hand, the guy that they shipped all the way down to Louisiana wasn't doing anything illegal. Organizing protests is a First Amendment right and he was a permanent resident with a green card. If they can arrest someone for protesting and organizing protests simply because they are a permanent resident then they can justify The Next Step which is taking any citizen of the United States and deporting them or gagging them for protesting. You really need to stop thinking about being so partisan and realize that this guy doesn't care about the Constitution and if you support the things that he's doing then neither do you
