Is there a comparative ranking of the transfer classes?

I would think LSU is near the top.

Yes . 24/7 and On3 rate the recruiting class three ways. HS only, TP only, and combined.

Transfer rankings are skewed because every school takes different amounts of players.
LSU will probably take 12 and some schools will take 30+
