Is Gordon the only guy we got?

As an LSU fan I am beyond grateful to have Gordon on our side. He stepped up in a big way when we needed it. With that said, why does it seem like he’s the only guy in town willing to wheel and deal? Do we not have anyone else stepping up to counter these massive “collectives” from the likes of Aggie, UT, and now Auburn?

No.
He's just the one who's going to tell you about everything he's doing. This is marketing for him.
This isn't a knock on him, btw. As a fan, I'm very grateful for anyone who pumps money into the program.

Lot of the players have deals with Canes, just drive around BR and look at the billboards

Literally every Cane’s in the Baton Rouge area has Maason Smith, Bech, Boutte, Ojulari and a handful of others on their signage and billboards. I find it hard to believe you did any homework before making these assumptions

We aren’t going to give a guy over a hundred thousand dollars if he’s: 1. Shopping prices. 2. Willing to go to a school without a head coach.
We have plenty of people giving money. It’s being used better than A&M or giving a high school kid a shite ton of money and you don’t even have a coach.
CBK is about finding the correct fit. Do you think a player that will go to a school without a head coach simply because of the paycheck is the right fit?

I realize that but I am talking heavy money. Canes has NIL deals with college athletes all over America including Stetson Bennett....at UGA

It’s always going to be a regional thing. Harold Perkins being on a Canes sign in Atlanta isn’t going to move the needle. Graves will help with NIL deals with current athletes for LSU. He’s at all the home games and has a suite here. LSU isn’t behind on NIL, we just don’t have some big donor who’s flaunting how much they’re spending.
