Saban has a blacklist file on every employee of the Clearinghouse. If they frick over Bama, they do so knowing they will be personally destroyed.

I doubt Saban will put much effort into getting him eligible. This was more about keeping the pipeline to Amite open, not because he thinks Ish will be some dominant D-lineman in the SEC.

I said this in a thread recently but the thread got whacked.
Ish recieves from Alabama:
- $150,000 dollars when he signed with Alabama.
- $50,000-60,000 every year he remains at Alabama. Assuming 3 years, his freshman, Sophmore, junior seasons. That’s another $150,000-$180,000. A total of $300,000-$330,000.
- He gets a car.
- His Brother will make it on the the team, and not be on scholarship, but won’t pay for it.
- His grandparents also will get something their way. Money their way.
The “Ace in the Hole” that was referred to, I belive was a job promotion offered to his dad that he declined.

If this is strue, sounds highly unlikely they are too concerened if he makes the grades or not.

I know, I said it was a hell of a price for an overrated recruit. Wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of their guys are getting ridiculous amounts like that.

Amazing that the IRS never seems to audit these guys. I’m gonna go out on a limb and say that all of this is undeclared income

Concerning this saga, I'd take everything with a grain of salt and believe anything is possible. Him and his brother have got to be the biggest dumbasses in the history of recruiting. "I'm going where I can play football with my brother." LMAO And I bought it, Oregon bought it, Orgeron bought it, and what horse manure it was. I thought the dude was sincere, now I know he is just a clown. LOL And his brother committing to Oregon, OMG!!! WTH?!?! I don't think either one is very smart.
