most of the NFL starting QBs were 3/4 star recruits, and some of the best ones right now were 3 star
you just don't really know, but hope

I hope Hurley does well. He's all Tiger right now and I hope with coaching he progresses.

We are talking abt college QBs.
NusBus is the guy for 2024.
Collins will have had 2 years and Curley will have had a year under their belt by next year around this time.
Collins will know if he can make it at LSU or not by this time next year.As per Curley technically from age point both Curley and Underwood are of same age. So it will be very neck to neck competition with the best man winning. I really hope the other one should be patient; but in this age i think by 2026 atleast two of the three will move on.
If Nuss decides to be back in 2025 and the other QBs decide to move on from LSU; we will still need a QB from portal in 2025 from portal.
I am excited to have this much talent in our QB room and hoping the outcome is National championship and multiple individual awards in the next 2-3years.
I think the last time we had this much talent was when
Flynn, Russel and Perriloux were there. May be even when Burrow came in 2018 the QB room was loaded.

I'm more interesting in seeing what Joe Sloan does with COllins first.

I agree. Sloan will make him a legit contender to start.

What about Larry and Moe?

Hi Colin
He would have had to start that account when he was 8, but he does seem mature beyond his years.

Now Colin and Bryce both have access to Sloan. It’ll come down to which QB gets it all to click and start working faster.

Big, strong and talented doesn't guarantee a great QB, Jamarcus Russel proved that, and there is "no" rating for their heart. So far, I like what I've heard from Hurley, he's Gung Ho LSU and that's a big deal in this day of college "free agency". Let's just let this one play out. LSU will ne the winner.

With the talent around Nuss, if he performs at a level that is way above avg, he may declare early, especially with the OL leaving.
Hurley will get a shot.

Lol that’s because there are ~10x more 4* than 5* and ~10x more 3* than 4*.
5* are still far more likely to make the nfl than 4*, who are far more likely to make the nfl than 3*.

Hurley reclassified and is super young for his class, but he’s not the same age as underwood, because underwood himself is extremely young for his class. He’s an august or September bday and could be a 2026 kid if he/his family wanted

And that’s a great thing if it happens. Personally, I’m pulling for the young man. Great ambassador for LSU so far.
