pretty sure O is riding high on his PR abilities and took the media manipulation a bit too far

I have a bigger issue with O stating that LSU is going in the dual-threat direction, when just a few weeks ago he was saying pro-style is the answer. From the AD on down, WTF is wrong with these people?!

Also, is this where I post that Brennan was overrated, or is that the other thread? Asking for a friend
really anywhere is fine

Let's hope so. If he loses Brennan and doesn't get Tua, leaving us with a QB coming off 2 ACL's as our sole QB for this cycle, that would not be an auspicious beginning to the Ed O era.

let's not forget that Brennan has been the biggest "i'm all LSU" guy this year

i won't say we've burned that bridge, but we've thrown gas on it and are trying to light a match rn

So is this solely due to us offering the Hawaii QB?

A part of me wishes it has something to do with Stidham, but I understand that is a pipe dream for us at this point in time.

If REC had infiltrated the LSU Athletic Department, I can't imagine things being much different from what I'm currently seeing.

I am guessing CEO and staff told Brennan he isn't a great fit in the offense they want to run. All the naysayers will blast O, but he was probably just doing the right and fair thing for Myles and his family. People shouldn't assume this gets us TT or that O has some secret end game. The kid isn't a dual threat QB, so he wouldn't play here.

Orgeron is a frick up. See Ole Miss. Since he wavered at the press conference saying he wanted a dual threat qb and spread offense it's showed that he doesn't really know what the frick he wants out of an offense and that he has no real offensive philosophy. Losing Brennan is fricking terrible. O is an imbecile.

Tua is an EE, so we better get Kiffin in after this weekend and get this kid committed. Kiffin isn't the lead recruiter and I don't see how Saban will allow Kiffin to let him go while playing for another undefeated season and another back to back ships. I know Kiffin is crazy but I don't see it happening.

This did occur very quickly, which leads me to believe that it was in The Binder.

O visited with a QB last night he feels is better Probably brings in a juco guy that can play next year and redshirts Narcisse.

They've both been committed for a long time. Why would the visit with Narcisse change anything? Also, if he's really high on Narcisse, why offer Tua?

I'm curious to see if they still go in home with Brennan this week.

Brennan does have like 10 rushing td. No duel threat but can move a bit of asked to do so.
