Does Julio Jones get in the mix faster? Does T. Richardson get in faster?

Saban and Meyer both tell recruits they will have an impact and play a bunch their first years, look what they did with Tebow, that guy played serious amount of time his Frosh year.

We only have these kids for 4 years, and to get the #1 rated QB and bring him in for crap time against bad teams and not use him to the best of his ability will HURT FUTURE RECRUITS!

I guarantee Miles is doing the bare minimum to appease R Sheppard, he has lied to us about his playing time every week. I hope he isn't lying to RS, because he has been a huge recruiter for us...I would hate to lose him.

Both get RSed and don't see field until RS-So years or when Miles thinks the game flow allows to get them in, whichever happens later.

They would be part of the "playbook" that we're waiting to show the world.

The amount of freshman who make a true impact at Alabama, Florida, and LSU is fairly similar, especially now since all three programs are established.

What a thing a beauty that was on Saturday...like a majestic river glistening in the moonlight on a windless night.

Isn't Downs playing this year at DT? Didn't Chad Jones and Patrick Peterson play as freshman. TT, Richard Dickson, J. Barkesdale played some as a freshman. Randall is playing some this year, as is Sheppard. If they are good enough to play they will play. We aren't totally rebuilding like Florida and Bama were, or like Tenn is and it's harder to get freshman on the field.

You're wasting your time. The natives are restless and they want blood...it doesn't matter. Logic and facts are irrelevant.

Two weeks ago it was Chavis. Now it is Crowton. We are in the top 10 and just lost 13-3 to the #1 team in the country who probably has a greater chance than any other team in the country to repeat as national champions and people want to burn this place to the ground.

Tebow wouldn't have played here until his junior year, after Flynn left

You do realize that Tebow did not start until Chris Leak left?

I know this means nothing to you.

You know what else Tebow did he didnt fumble and he didnt force FLA to use time outs because he was confused.

Yeah, the development of Shep is disappointing. I don't think he can run a lot of plays right now (just take a look at the timeouts he called when he was probably supposed to pass the ball against UGA). I blame that squarely on Crowton, even if he has two jobs (playcalling and QB development).

TR doens't start at Bama he isn't even their second best back. Ingram and Upchurch are both better half of TR's yards came against florida international and North Texas.

No he does not start at LSU he would be behind CS, KW, TH like any rb would be at lsu.

TR is getting a lot more carries than Upchurch now and has been since the FIU game.

Yeah but Upchurch is averaging 10 yards a carry. and he si over 10 yards a cary in the two games he played. Idk why they don't run him more.
