Spot on. Expect no change in his commitment.

Well, congrats on his future 3 years of 6 or 7 wins/season at best then.

In a way good for him. If that's what he wants, I wish him the best.

Having said that, MSU is heading down a path of at least 3-4 years of down years. By the end of next year, Moorhead is going to be pretty universally labeled a bust hire and he will be on the hot seat. I suspect he's gone following year 3. Having a year like this year with all of the returning players is a bad, bad sign.

Well the OP said SEC wins. If he means total wins then he should say wtf he means.

I know someone else said this but Bama did not play 66 SEC games in the last 5 years. Neither did UGA play 52 or LSU play 44.

Over the years, I’ve noticed that a lot of these Mississippi kids have no interest in winning championships or even the extra tv coverage they’d get at LSU or Bama vs the Ms. Universities. They’d rather stay in Starkville or Oxford high and enjoy the 13th grade wallowing in mediocrity. It’s bizzare to us but it’s apparently a Mississippi thing???

Yup, doesn’t help when both schools are blatantly dirty

Or they'd rather try to build their own legacy withing their state.

LSU isn't winning a NC until we fix our LOS issues and we don't get the coverage that Bama does. So why should Stingley or Emery stay in state instead of Bama or Clem or OSU or OU?

You're logic doesn't track, unless you include bias.

We've competed more than those two programs, thats not a bias, its fact. Not sure what you mean about not winning one any time soon, this next season we will start off in the Top 10 and should challenge for the SEC and a playoff berth.

GTFO with this shite. We're no farther from a championship than anyone else not named Clemson and Bama (and maybe Georgia). We're SIGNIFICANTLY better positioned for the playoffs than either Mississippi school. We were 2 plays away from the playoffs this year, when many experts said we were a 6 or 7 win team.

We were nowhere close to beating Bama so we were nowhere to being in a playoff. Those of you who think LSU can do it without winning that game are having a pipe dream.

That's basically what i meant. We won't beat Bama and Clem in the same year unless our O line gets significantly better.

My point is that you could use his logic, you could argue the same for going to Clem or Bama over LSU. And some people would rather build their own legacy by make a team better rather than going to the big school.

Devin White came to LSU to build his legacy instead of being another Bama LB the year after Bama won a NC and LSU was 9-3 and allowed 99 points in those 3 games. one of those teams was Arky.

Im just saying, some things are more important than tv time.

Mostly meant we need to fix our Oline and Dline issues. Which isn't impossible. But We would have to beat Bama (potentially twice) and Clem in the same year to win. We aren't there. If you think we are, its bias. we aren't currently.

def not after losing 29-0 at home in the best home field advantage in football.

Its not being a nega-tiger to understand that we aren't beating those team this year with THAT oline play.
