People are focusing too much on what Miles has done for JJ. If there's any ill fellings about the situation it won't be towards Miles it will be towards BR and BRPD specifically. If they feel JJ got railroaded by the police I could easily see the family thinking they don't want their younger son in BR.

true, and people are reading too much into miles handling of jj. I think miles believes jj is his best chance to win and its miles style to back his players. he stayed with jl until he threw 6 pic 6 and he was forced to bench him.
I don't see any evidence that miles just LIKES jj
only that miles believes jj is his best option and therefore tries to protect and build him up.

In the grand scheme of things I would hope all of the recruits & possible national championships might take a back seat to being concerned about one of our athletes in trouble.

my friend teaches at Destrehan, and from all accounts, Rickey Jefferson is not a good kid.
he responded to my said friend when asked to stop talking, "do you have any idea who i am?"
also got caught in bathroom where some kids were smoking weed. Unclear if he was puffing or not.

I wouldn't be surprised to see him cross LSU off his list based on how the community has treated JJ. Look at how the BRPD is taking a bar fight case...

He should be feeling pretty damn good. LSU has been nothing but good for JJ and Miles has been nothing but good for his brother. If he wants to be a Tiger, it is all on him, other than that GTFO with all this BS.

Again, the only thing we really know as fact is some LSU football players broke curfew according to Les Miles himself.Everything else we know is allegations.Nathan Fisher is representing 4 players and that is the extent of our knowledge in this incident.We just have to let it play itself out.

Baton rouge cops cleaning up the bar scene rather than the shite that goes on campus daily. Its not uncommon to run into trouble rt outside the northgates. the amount of times late at night random people would ask me for money just trying to get out of my car and into my dorm room was ridiculous.

How has the community treated JJ? Unfairly? How the hell does anyone know? Just based on the bar fight or the fact that he has a practical fan club who loves the guy despite his season last year?

given that no one knows what really happened and there are versions supporting him not kicking or him kicking the guy, jj has been treated very unfairly by "MANY" on this board and elsewhere. we don't know the facts and a multitude of people are going around saying jj kicked the guy and should be suspended or even kicked off team. show a little support or stfu until this thing is resolved.
