my friend teaches at Destrehan, and from all accounts, Rickey Jefferson is not a good kid.

Lester is correct, he is an attitude problem. When Hahnville was busting DHS's butt last year, Rickey was fussing at the QB and everyone else. He has a ton of ability but his attitude will get him eventually.

LSU didn't make him go to that bar thurs night/fri morning. LSU didn't prevent him from walking away from a potentially toxic situation.

JJ's brother is probably saying if JJ had listened to mom and dad when they told us to learn from other people's experience because the choices you make have consequences,JJ would be starting against Oregon on Sept. 3rd and mom,dad and me would be in the stadium watching him.

but what in the hell about this situation makes it LESS likely that he comes to LSU? I don't get that line of thinking!

I don't either. In fact, I don't believe JJ has been treated unfairly by the fan base or the coaching staff.

sounds familiar

JJ got the "he's so nice" deal cause he's quiet when not blaming everything on the OCs. Marvin Harrison was quiet.

I'm a lsu grad and no way would my son go to lsu unless jj is allowed back on the team.

Wow. I wouldn't want anyone with that attitude around my program if I was a coach.

Just throwing this out there, Shea said that JJ's father loves Les Miles. So...

All you have to do is listen to the video of JJs aunt. that tells you all you need to know. their family is blaming Miles and LSU.They are not holding JJ accountable what so ever, for putting himself in that position.

Much like JJ assessing his performance after games last year ... guess there's no need to wonder where that comes from.
