Watching Calvery play, they have a freshman SS WHO has 21 HR'S. SHE hit two in the semi's and had the game winning double to win the game in extra innings. Her older sister pitch all 8 inning of shut out ball. She would be a good fit with the two girls from notre dame

There is an 8th grader that will be going to N Desoto in N LA and she will be one to look at as well. Girl has all the tools.

Are you allergic to punctuation?

As long as I can read and understand a paragraph, minus punctuation, I really don't mind. After all, this is nothing more tha a sports forum.

Notre Dame has a freshman girl who started and was the leadoff hitter. Her name is Keleigh Spell. She hit’s from the left side and is a slap hitter. She will be highly recruited as well. The whole team surpassed the national home run record this year. I wouldn’t be surprised to see her with an LSU offer soon.

I forgot about those new rules. Oh well, I am pretty sure she will probably end up with an offer when she is a junior. I have known her since she was in grade school and she is as good of an athlete at other sports as she is in softball but softball will be her sport at the next level.

Here are her stats from this year. I don’t have the access to the perfect game type site for softball, so I can’t get her ranking but I would guess she will be ranked pretty high, nationally.

I don't think they play the best competition but Notre Dame has some really really good players on that team. Bergeron and Savoy are committed.

I don't think Poncho is committed anywhere right now.

I wouldn't count on it. Beth likes to go out West or Florida for players. Local talent usually doesn't get looked at very hard for whatever reason.

the freshman at Calvary is ridiculous. she has been considered one of the top girls in the country for her age for at least a couple years.

We have all of 2 Florida players on the team
The majority are from LA with Texas and California behind

No Fla players in the current recruiting class with the majority being from LA

Thank you, some really like to make claims with no data to back it up!

Torina has always been about recruiting talent and character.

Torina does need to look at the coaching of LSU’s batting approach, she must not follow the
Miles-loyalty-to-assistants-path!!

Sorry if opening old wounds, but was listening to some of the SECN softball coverage last night and they were talking about Hemphill.

What is the story on her? Why did she choose Bama over LSU or even ULL?

Pretty sure she comes from one of those Lafayette/ULL alum/Bama fan families
