At least he knows Lsu fans aren't going to send him death threats.

I don't think steve is sitting on his arse doing nothing, I'm sure he's trying but he's clearly not all that effective
seriously ineffective

people are saying oh he's got this many contacts, he's got this many connections.

well shite, you've been beat out by people who have minimal contacts and minimal connections...what use are you now?

don't be like that, man. He picked Bama. It isn't the end of the world. Good luck to him, except when he's playing LSU.

I'm just speaking the truth, this is football... competition... i don't have to care about the enemy. If you aint with us, you tiger bait.

It's this.

No one committing to an OOS school wants to be the bad guy so they deflect and "blame" someone else. Hootie says his mother was mistreated when in actuality he just wanted to go to Bama before that. CRob says he's rolling with his friends when in actuality he wanted to go to Bama before that. No one wants to just be a man and say "I'm going to Bama and that's that."

Im not one to shite on kids' college choices but I just have to call BS on this quote

Rather him just admit he's been Bama for weeks now than try to save face with the people he knows he's gonna lose by going to Bama

Interesting comment from Andrew Lopez, who is also up there interviewing Hootie. Matches what Sonny said.

I love how people act like the crowd is supposed to boo if he chose Alabama

If I was a student at Neville in attendance today I would have ruined his big moment with non stop over the top very loud boos until they dragged me out of the gym and suspended me. Probs would've dropped a few bellowing SSTDBs on the way out too.

Bama can have Monroe as long as we have East Texas on lock.

some of the recruiting guys seem quick to defend him, I'm guessing he's been a good source for them.

not trying to be the "I TOLD YOU SO" guy, but I've been on this board for almost a year telling you all how Hootie was talking up Bama and givng out Roll Tides to Tiger fans on Bourbon after the state championship game.

LSU is bigger than this kid though and we will be fine. It does seem that NE LA has been poisoned by Bama scum however.

NELA is to Bama as New Orleans was to Miami.

This kind of sucks.
