Never heard of him. Never heard anything about him. We must not feel good about the remainders on the board. Does sound like another Armand. Does he have good speed/hands?

Saints must have felt bad about the remainder of the draft board when they picked up that football newbie, Jimmy Graham.

Me too!!! I think he is going to be just fine for us, first of all he can catch the damn ball, he has deceptive speed and reminds me alot of Shedrick Wilson. He may not be someone who will outrun the entire defense, bit he will go over the middle and make the tough catches. His one hand catch in the playoffs was very similer to Landry's catch vs. Arkansas (first video in OP, 6:07 mark)

Doesn't look like Armand Williams. He looks like more of a threat after the catch than either him or Avery. The route he runs at 3:16 is one of the reasons he stands out to me and why he'll be wearing the p&g. He looks like a baller.

He is using the composite rankings from 247 which factors in crap recruiting sites such as ESPN. A lot of people go off of rivals rankings which had LSU at #18 for the 2012 class and currently at #6 for the 2013 class. I think the best rankings are given by 247 which had LSU at #11 for the 2012 class and currently at #4 for the 2013 class. The 2012 class was terribly underrated. If the services were to re-rank the 2012 class, I'm sure most would have LSU's recruiting class in the top 10 with a small class of only 21 qualified signees. LSU has plenty of talent. The only concern is experience.

Brandon LaFell had the worst case of stone hands when he got to LSU. I believe he was a 3-star from TX. He's doing pretty well for himself right now.

I like the pick up. I think he's got tremendous upside.

While the offer sheet is unimpressive, I think he is a classic late bloomer. Unfortunately, I think this offer means we're out for all the JUCO WRs we were looking at.

Diarse, AJ and Spears appear to be the WRs for this class (of course, pending Willis' decision). We appear to be in the process of wrapping 2013 up.

True. I believe he had 4.5 speed.
Any clue what K.Spears time is in the 40?

People on this board were saying the exact same thing last year when we signed Deion Jones

Not even close. By the time LSU offered, Debo was committed to Nebraska, but his senior film had made the rounds. The recruiting board was begging the staff to offer. The coaching staff didn't offer him early because he skipped out on a camp before the season where he would have been evaluated and offered.

If he would have played football before this season he would have been highly rated. Under the right circumstances, camps and whatnot, he could have been a 5 star. Has 5 star talent. Reminds me of Claiborne, someone no one was talking about untill late in his recruitment, then blew onto the scene. Spears became a must get.

bowe was a high 4-star recruit and LSU had to go to war with Miami to get him on campus. Miami fans are still butthurt about it

I don't think Tulane went after any WRs too hard this year. All their receivers will be back next year.

Big bump = 0 star to 2 or 3 Star only because he signed with LSU. If he signed with LA Tech, he still would have been bumbed to a 2 star because all DIV 1 signees get 2 stars regardless.
