So both his dad and him are flat out liars. For this I hope...I hope things happen to both of them that would get me banned for posting.

Let's just tell the truth for once. The dad pimped the son into a better job. I guarantee he'll be at UT before JJ leaves. Also, is Guidry his step dad?

Let's be honest UT is a great school, and great environment for football

it cant hold a candle to LSU in any way, shape, or form except basketball.

I grew up a vol fan going to UT games and once I stepped foot on LSU's campus for a game, I was blown away. Here I am now,...110 percent LSU, loving every minute of being a student here. Tennessee sucks, my friends that go there even admit it, they just couldnt turn down the lottery scholarships or didnt want to leave home.

Not the most classless thing I have ever heard on this board, but definitely in the top five. You are seriously lacking in character.

Big time. Maybe he is too young and immature to realize this. If true he knew about his decision weeks or months ago, just letting Coach Miles know so we could have been looking for another db would have prevented a lot of LSU fans from being upset. Something not funny going on here. Regardless if JJ's fault or VOLS coaches, he deserves and will get all the negative backlash he is getting now.

Karma is a bitch Janzen. You and your dad will be played in the future just as you did to your state school. I hope every team in the SEC pounds you and Tennessee into the ground.

Jackson's career goal is to be a football coach and his father, Lane Guidry, who is an assistant coach at Miami of Ohio said learning from the best made the most sense.

He must not want to coach in Louisiana. Good luck to you JJ. With that kind of character, you will need it.

If JJ really wanted to learn from the best he'd have gone to Bama and played CB under Saban.

I don't get all the Tennessee love. If I were a top recruit I'd have a hell of a time deciding between Miami, LSU, USC, and Bama. Tennessee? That's retarded. Rednecks, Ugly Girls, Most annoying fight song ever, and a boring stadium.

Who else thinks he was told by the Tenn recruiters to make LSU think he was a lock till it was too late so that we'd get screwed on that scholarship?

Well played Tennessee but what goes around, sometimes comes around.

This whole thing sounds like Kiffin taking a huge jab at LSU. If JJ knew for weeks that he was going to UT, Kiffin could only benefit it he told JJ to not decommit from LSU. Therefore, LSU thinks he's still signing with them and doesn't waste time looking elsewhere for a CB. Kiffin is just digging his own grave in the SEC.

Sad thing is, some kid did not get a scholarship because of this liar.

It is one thing to change your mind at the last minute. I have no problem with him switching if he wanted to go to Tenn. But, it's another to lie about it and keep another DB from getting offered.

Pathetic.

think about the other DBs Tennessee convinced to come there, they probably didn't find out about Janzen until after they signed

You realize that these are 17-18 year old kids making the biggest decision of their lives to this point under lots of pressure. Some will make good decisons and some won't. They will be better because of this learning experience. I don't wish that on any kid.
