Utah QB. Whittingham left and went to Michigan and they just re signed Underwood. Dampier has not announced anything for what he’s going to do yet next year. Was best QB in Big 12.

I've seen Oregon will snag him if Moore doesn't stay. Maybe he's waiting on their decision.

With next year being a reset/rebuild anyway I would almost rather have him. True freshman who looked explosive with more upside to me.
