FSU Taniya Latson in transfer portal. She torches every team she plays. Top scorer NCAA.

Isn't she a point guard at FSU? She will be a senior next year, very experienced dynamic player. She and Flaujae are friends and have played together. Our coaches are following her social media accounts.

I don't know if she is a fit for what we have. 1 year later, absolutely. But #1 would she want to come here and be the 3rd wheel. #2 who is on the court as the PG. with our 2 returning starts who are both wings can Latson play the PG. Or would it be a force to put her in that spot, like the Van Lith experiment. Can Flau'jae or Mckayla become a true PG.

I agree which is why I don't think she would be a good fit for next year. Unless she wants to be a pass first PG

She's a point guard with a very high usage rate, needs to have the ball all the time. Not sure how she would adjust.

That’s a shocker! She appeared to love playing at FSU and for her coach. Probably looking to take advantage of NIL and maybe win a Natty!

Not to mention, we have 3 highly rated recruits coming in as guards. None are pure point guards, but if Flaujae returns, that backcourt gets pretty crowded quickly.

Latson is a ball handling point guard that can score, much like Richard. Van Lith was a shooting guard trying to transition to point guard. We will be losing Wilson and Poa and have a need for an experienced ball handler that can score. I can see her having interest at LSU, especially since she and FJ have a friendship.

She's represented by Klutch Sports. She wants a big NIL.

I'd see if Mikayla Blakes from Vandy wants to come where she can win a natty. With three top HS recruits coming in it will be interesting to see how CKM fills out the roster.

I don’t think she goes, but she will be draft eligible. She turns 22 in time.
