Could we not pay Louisiana HS coaches to promote top tier players to come to LSU and if we do land a whale give them bonuses? Asking for a friend

Dont worry brother I’ve been doing this since the start of the high school football season. I’ve got the Edna Karr and Ruston coach in my back pocket practically. I gave both coaches extra money last week to tell their elite players that if they don’t go to LSU then they’ll be benched immediately.

Most coaches are going to look out for the best interest of their players regardless of money. For every other player, there's a money grabbing uncle.

Saban had some on his payroll while at Alabama and they would shuttle players over there. They claimed it was only to help the kids get a scholarship but we knew who they were.

Well, now you can give NIL deals to high school players. And if they choose not to sign with your school they have to pay it back. The high profile players all have agents now.
