Dayum, this makes some sense I guess. Anderson, Brown & Hill replacing the guys that left.

My hopes were for Horton instead of Hill but I get it.

Did not expect to get another receiver not named Anderson. I'm not sure we need him.

No offense to Hill at all, but him committing out of the blue leads me to believe we got word Anderson is going elsewhere. Would be great to add 3 receivers though. Hope Anderson pulls for us.

This is a massive reach lol hill is someone we’ve been targeting since the beginning of the portal along with Anderson. Hill is also. A Louisiana kid he wanted to come back home this has nothing to do with Anderson potentially goin elsewhere this is a negative way to spin good news

Very weird take. This is another one of those non starter takes we did last year in the portal. I'd much rather have taken another OL, or DL, or safety.

And if this has "Any" affect on Anderson committing then it's a really bad take.

Nola native. Extremely explosive when healthy. Fills a different role than Nic Anderson would fill anyway. Solid take.

Hill signed with FSU as a four-star prospect in the 2021 recruiting class but didn’t actually enroll until two years later. The Seminoles and Hill declined to discuss the delay of his enrollment, other than to cite “personal reasons.”

After more than two full years away from the sport, Hill then played during the fall of 2023 and actually started two games and saw action in 10 games for the Seminoles. He caught six passes for 87 yards, while battling a hamstring injury for part of the season.

Signs in 2021, doesn’t enroll for two years. Plays in 10 games in 2023 with only 6 receptions then doesn't play in 2024

Looking for Billiot to have a huge break out year. Dude was a stud at Terrebonne.

They're very different players and will fill different roles for LSU.

Pretty sure he suffered a torn ACL this year, so I can't imagine he'll be on the fast track to seriously compete for PT in 2025. I imagine this is a local kid coming home and rehabbing with hopes of nabbing some PT in 2026.

Yeah it seems like they want to load up on weapons and WRs for Nuss and are going all out in that regard.

They need to still get another TE with some blocking ability, and 2 OL (assuming Moore signs as well).

There's only one ball to go around.

B. Brown
Nic Anderson?
Hilton
Aaron Anderson
Z.Thomas
D. Hill

Who are the odd 3 receivers out that won't start?

Exactly you can never have enough playmakers. It’s clear the staff wants to address our lack of explosive in the wr room csuse all our portal additions so far at wr have been take the top off explosive guys. These guys paired with some young explosive talent with have already in billiot and Watkins and Parker makes this room extremely athletic

As soon as Hill hit the portal, Shea heavily suggested it would be LSU. I think Hill was in the plan before he even entered. This is about getting an LA kid with a high upside out of a shite situation (FSU) and continuing the LSU—Karr connection.

It was actually early April. FSU confirmed the injury in May.
