The whole situation was Penny ( a 7 figure boosted for the University of Memphis) paid Wiseman and his family 5 figures to move from Nashville to Memphis to play for Memphis East. Once he took the Memphis job and Wiseman followed, it was technically situation where a Memphis booster that had paid Wiseman and he eventually went to the school.


It was 100% illegal and it’s kind of funny that the NCAA has not thrown the book at Memphis yet
