The biggest factor that hurt LSU in this one was the pandemic keeping him on his high school campus in Memphis for the past few months.

Whats your point? LSU's is over, they were cleared while Memphis' isnt and they havent been cleared? Yet, you feel the reason he isnt coming here is because he did some kind of research and determined LSU is getting sanctions even though theyve been cleared?

Again, 1 guy did his research and found that LSU is going to be hit with sanctions and now isnt coming here, yet we have an 8 player class comimg in and those players dont/didnt know about the sanctions?
8 players, assuming they each have families, coaches and friends. Say 10 people per recruit for 80 people total. Say all of those did their research and DIDNT find the sanctions? They are all naive, right?

Memphian here. Huge LSU football fan by the way. I’m sure there was some merit to all the smoke about Cisse heading to LSU, but I never thought he was a lock.
He spends most of his free time around Memphis players and the familiarity is something that mattered to him. As someone else said the pandemic keeping him in Memphis even longer only helped us.
Memphis will be fine without Miller. Penny is the draw not MM.

His home isnt Memphis. He happened to transfer there in Aug 2019.
