I know he is a top running back prospect but this kid has Devin White written all over him. Just a flat out grown man that I could see man the middle and run sideline to sideline. Think his size/strength and skill set would translate even better at linebacker.

I thought the same thing watching his highlights. I bet he would be really good at either.

I agree this kid is ginormous. If he's going to play RB in college he'll need to trim up, but meal plan and weights will make that happen.

He looks like a power 5 LB.

On the field only… just to clarify.

LB is the way for him. That's his big money position.

this kid is not Devin White. Devin White had feet & looseness & overall agility that you do not see from a player that size.

This kid is a great power runner, but is tightly wound and a little stiff in the lower body. Usually that is better suited to be on the offensive vs the defensive.

small (berry) medium (simon) large (ford) would all be nice compliments. However I do think the kid from Mandeville is being slept on.

He looks like a powerful kid but he is incredible stiff and not really fluid at all. He’d be a guy you’d either have to blitz or just take off the field on passing downs at LB. He’d be a good goal line RB but just don’t think he has enough wiggle to be a true SEC guy.

Would be a great fullback in a throwback I-formation offense

That’s the good ole Opelousas food. Mama’s Chicken and Billy’s Boudin.

Anybody know if he is the slightest bit interested in being a LB?

You get him on campus as a “running back”, then convince him he can be a top 10 pick at linebacker. Ala…. Devin White

What’s the prototype height for NFL linebacker? Ford is listed as 5’11”. He’s only an inch shorter than D White, but I wonder if that could play a factor in what position he lands on.
