Do we get Cameron Johnson, Jordan Thompson, Edwards and Jobert in 2023?

It’s a repeat NC if so!

Edwards is expected to miss all of next years baseball season but it could be a Javen Coleman situation where he comes back late in the season. Chase Shores should be returning at some point along with Noot, Bollman, and Applebey. (All pitchers)

Did Jason Bollman transfer to the Sooners?
Saw the above several weeks ago, did Bollman leave LSU for OU?
Article quote:
"Jason Bollman, RHP, LSU
OU continued to bolster its pitching depth with the commitment of LSU transfer Jason Bollman on June 24.
The right-handed pitcher began his career at Wabash Valley College (Ill.), where he went 5-2 with a 3.97 ERA in 45 innings pitched. He then transferred to LSU in 2022, but he missed the following two seasons due to injury.
Bollman received Tommy John surgery in January, although he's expected to be healthy by the time next season rolls around. He has two remaining years of eligibility."
ETA: Also just found this: List of OU transfer portal activity

2024*
Would love for Jobert and Thompson to return. Unlikely both do though.

I think the big story among the injured platers that most are overlooking is Javen Coleman. Sure, we got him back this past season, but he was never able to really get his feel back. This offseason he should continue strengthening, and I look for him to be a dominant starter in 2024. At least he is a high percentage favorite.

I would love Skenes and acres to return.
Hobert is streakish and Thompson could not hit consistently. To recruit and retain quality younger player you have to get them on the field early.
I don’t think we win a championship of Thompson and Jobert stay. But it does stunt the development of younger guys and this hurts in recruiting and retention.

Thompson and Jobert are clearly not good enough to start on a championship team. We saw that this year.

Johnson basically confirmed in an interview that the timing of Edwards’ injury doesn’t really give him an option to return next season.

Edwards is going to sign. Expect Jobert to as well.

It was a story book ending for Thompson in Omaha. Emphasis on ending. Time to move on at shortstop.

This. I’d also like to add that Javen’s recovery was much quicker than the average recovery for a ucl tear.

Good list but I want Hayden back if I have a choice in any of the position players returning.

Maybe the dumb threads will stop now.

Bet you never thought Milazzo would ever contribute as a hitter.
I was pleasantly surprised.

Chase shores will not be back until the end of the season next year.
