Coach Wilson told Devin White that he is the only rb that LSU is recruiting for 2016. I think this will definitely help in his recruitment.

Many times the pitch is "LSU can get you ready for the next level", if White wants that to be at RB then LSU is certainly one of the top schools to do that. Arguably the best school.

And doesn't hurt that Coach Wilson is at same time friend of family + RB Coach + Head recruiter.

Worked with Buga. White appears to be on the same level (then comes Moses). Frigging exciting!

Thread was anchored most likely because of the vague title.

I'm sorry but he's not on the same level as Leonard. There is/was a reason he was the number 1 prospect in the country and had over 1,000 yards as a true freshman in the SEC

There's basically 1 uphill battle we're fighting against everyone here - depth chart.

If White can accept the fact he might not be the feature back till his junior season, then he will come here. If this is a very major issue with him, I could see him end up at Bama or Ole Miss (Arkansas as sleeper maybe?)

Meh, he could be the starter his RS Freshman/sophomore year. Nothing is guaranteed except LF his first year. After that it's talented but unknown talent. No different than Bama.

Listening to an interview with him a couple of days ago seems he really wants to play LBer.

Good! He'll do better there. We need big strong speed there.

He def prefers RB but knows he is talented in both areas and doesn't mind helping a team out if that's what he is asked to do at linebacker. That being said he prefers RB. LSU is recruiting him at RB and I think he will get his first shot there and if he passes others up plays but if not I really believe he plays some linebacker and will be good at either or.

He can play LB and still get 5-10 carries a game as a RB. I think Moses might do the same.

Both might be the Jack LB. LSU seems to be recruiting for a move to the 3-4.

Definitely a backer. Fullback at best on offense.
