This.
They are both clearly project players but I'd rather 4-5 years to work with a 7 footer over likely 2 years to work with a 6'8 PF. Deng didn't do quite as well as expected on the court this year too. HE averaged just 9.5 points and 7.5 boards a game.

I'm pretty positive he is. Bubba leaves to take a job with Scout. All of the sudden, Matt McCurdy is their basketball specialist. It could be coincidence, but I highly doubt it.

I like the 7 ft. Malone pick up. That'll give you another big to go along with Odo. To see how successful JJ was developing Tuba, he should have much more success with Malone who is a better overall athlete.
