This is the guy O and Co. have in mind in my opinion.

I just can't see Tua being in the works to come here when he's an EE, has never been to BR, and his OC at Bama (who could very well end up at LSU) is under contract until February and still coaching an undefeated season

But Johnson I could see and it would make sense. Would he start over Etling? Probably not next year but him or Scott would bridge the gap from Etling to Narcisse or Brennan if he comes. Would be a lot better than putting a second year guy out there if he's not ready or settling for Scott if he's not good enough

jeff sterling @jsterling86
Deandre Johnson had bad influences in his life at FSU though, he just needs the guidance of role models like Lane Kiffin and Jeremy Pruitt.

I am obviously against hitting women but I don't think in this instance this kid should be condemned for life. I watched the video again. The girl did 4 things wrong. Pushed him with her body, raised her fist, kicked him in the nuts and threw a punch. He did try to restrain her but she kept escalating it. The best scenario would have been a girl next to him punching that bitch.

And I said the same when it first happened.

Watch the video. She was being a total bitch when he was just trying to get to the bar next to her

They've been vetting Johnson for several weeks now.

I think he ends up in this class

This sounds like it might have some truth to it. I wouldn't be surprised if this is the guy.

About Johnson?

He'd be the best QB on the team the moment he steps on campus.
